Liking to investigate the world with her microscope, Grace is different. She is interested in animals and plants and makes close observations of the people around her.
When her parents begin to behave strangely, what calls (to herself) The Big Parental Change, it has terrible consequences. Grace realises they have been brainwashed by the sinister Mrs Bland.
